John Lithgow, Dylan Baker, Jeff Daniels, Ilana Fox

I went to the February 13th 2pm showing of "Mr. & Mrs. Fitch" at the Second Stage Theatre in NYC. When the play ended, I went to where the stage door was... in the lobby (what?!) After about 10 or 15 minutes, John Lithgow came out and signed for my friends. I asked him if I could get a quick picture with him, and he said "Do me a favor. Take a picture of me, not with." I was surprised, but I did as he requested. He is, after all, 100% worthy of my respect. He signed my Playbill, as well as a custom made 8.5x11 glossy of the Four Walls logo from Dexter Season 4. Jennifer Ehle didn't come out.

As we were leaving the theatre, my friend Tim noticed that Jeff Daniels was walking out of the theatre. I followed him to the street corner... Here's my lovely experience with Jeff (I refuse to call him Mr. Daniels):
"Jeff Daniels?"
*seeming angry that I recognized him* "...yes."
"May I please have your autograph?"
"No thank you."
Then, he crossed the street. What a douchebag. He lost a long-time supporter. I was the only person talking to him, and nobody else seemed to care that he was standing right there on the corner of 43rd & 8th at 4:30 in the afternoon. Thanks, Harry.
After this encounter, I went back to my friends and family at Second Stage. I noticed a guy get out of a car and start signing for two guys, as well as take pictures with them. I didn't get a look at his face, so I asked the guys who he was. It was DYLAN BAKER! You know... Spiderman; Planes, Trains, and Automobiles; The Cell. I caught up with him as he was walking down the street and asked for his autograph. He said yes, and even asked me my name. He also let me take a picture with him. Warning: This is probably one of the worst pictures ever taken of me. Where'd that chin come from?! I am definitely not that fat! HAHA

Awesome!
After this, I was still fuming about Jeff Daniels. I was never declined an autograph before, and it was by a C-Lister?
My cousin from England is visiting New York for a week, so we went to meet up with her at an Irish pub on 50th & Broadway. She's the author, Ilana Fox.

I got home by 11pm, which is absolutely unheard of for a New York trip. I usually get back at 4am.
It was a very successful day, save for Jeff Daniels. What a bastard.
