Antonio Guterres
Portuguese Prime Minister 1995-2002, President of Socialist International 1999-2005, and the current United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
I work on Parliament Hill in Ottawa and saw that he was speaking at a Foreign Affairs Committee Meeting so when the meeting was almost over I went over and waited outside the door until he came out. When he did he gladly signed my photo.
