could i actually go onto the red carpet and go into the room where they do the awards? if so, where would i get the tickets and how much would they be?

no, you can't go onto the red carpet and see the awards.... I know that you can buy tickets for the MTV video music awards and the are very expensive about 1000$

At the MTV awards could you walk up to the celebs and meet them? And also, could I get tickets for the Kids Choice Awards on Nickoledon?

I was waitn in front of their hotels at the mtv video music awards 2003, I was in NYC for vacation...so I'm from germany I can't answer your questions you should ask someone who had been to one of the awards....
