Drew Barrymore Going The Distance Hollywood Premiere

Usually movies of this "type" I will avoid going to the premiere. These are the kind of films where there are only two or three decent names in the cast. BUT because one of my all time favorites Drew Barrymore was the star of the movie I just had to go. Because it was a "small" movie I wasn't in such a rush to get down to Hollywood. I got there at 5pm for a 6:30 arrival time. As I expected there still was plenty of space avaliable in the front. I only had items for Drew, Christina Applegate and Justin Long. Though I have gotten them many times, I wanted Drew on some more older vintage images. (ET studio promo shoot, an image from Cat's Eye and for her to finish my Charlie's Angels pickard that already had Cameron Diaz, Lucy Lui and Demi Moore) For Applegate I just had an 11X14 and for Justin, though I disagree with mymymy about him being such a good actor, I did want him on an Alvin and the Chipmunks image because I'm such an animation fan.
First to arrive was Kate Beckinsale, a suprise guest. But since I didn't have anything for her I didn't bother shouting for her. You know, I find out how funny it is with the dealers. They don't call out to the celebrity. They have the crowd "work" for them to call them. Applegate then showed up, but because she's pregnant she didin't cross the busy street. I totally forgot about her condition. I should have figured she wouldn't cross. Finally Drew shows up, no Justin, and it's pandamonium! She crosses but at first she just blows kisses and waving from just out of reach. Then someone hands her a ball point pen! I just hate it when people don't have the proper sense to use the right type of pen. She then manuevers around us ( not suprised since our buddy Redbull was right behind me! ) to avoid our section. I tell you security hates this guy and WILL TELL the celebrity to avoid him. I kid you not and it's a fact! Normally I would just give up because by then the barricade wold be so full there would have been no way, even if I chased her down, that I would find a clear spot to try to hit her up again. But because this was a "small" movie in some sections of the barricade it was only two deep. Plus the fact that Drew went down the entire block betterd the chances. There was no way I was going to ruin my photos with a ball point, so chasing her down I was hoping she would switch. About halfway down the block she finally changes pens. First I stuck in my ET 11X14 photo. She signs it nice. Not just a heart DB. More like a heart Drew Barry. I guess she liked the photo. In fact several people and Redbull asked me where I got the image. Anyway I also managed to get all my other items signed that I brought for Drew. Unfortunately because I left me spot I couldn't get Justin, who came seperate. No big deal. I'll see him again at another premiere. My main goal was getting Drew and I meet it.

Though we all saw Kate no one called out to her. Once she or anyone is on the red carpet and has already started to do the press its too late anyway. I didn't stick around till afterwards. And I have gotten her before anyway. Besides I didn't have any photos left for her.

Since I dispise Redbull so much why would I even talk to him? He did ask me if I could make him a copy of my Drew ET photo. I just ignored him. After all, the last thing I want is him making money off my image

Redbull is a dealer who befriended starzgirl, he's scum because he treats everyone with contempt and has fallen out with nearly everyone in NYC, including venue staff.

I metioned your "friend" because it pertained to my post and that he AGAIN, almost ruined me getting Drew at her premiere.
I wasn't picking on you. Besides I thought you were gone and didn't read FanMail anymore.
Also I didn't even metion to drwhoautographs that you were there or that I was even looking for you. He's the one who brought it up. If you re-read my post I didn't even metion you.
