SIR MICHAEL CAINE SUCCESS

What a week i have had and it all started by meeting sir Michael Caine at a Waterstones Booksigning in London, Picadilly. I was number 106 in the que which finally reached around 400!!!
It was a long wait but we were soon within reach of meeting Mr Caine. He looked pretty unhappy, very glum. He rarely made and eye contact with any of the fans who had come to meet him that day, it was a very manufactured meet, 3 people handled the book before it was handed to Sir Michael where he signed with dedication if there was one on a postit note , not a word, then someone took the book of him before it was finally handed back to me. I had drawn some art work for Mr Caine. I knew it was a slim chance of him signing it; after all I had seen several people infront of my try to slip a DVD sleeve infornt of Mr Caine to sign in addition to the book only for the ever watchfull security to snatch it away although Michael seemed to not mind. Anyway It came to me and I just said "i would like to SHOW Sir Caine my art work" so they let me lay it down on the table infornt of michael to show him; i said "My CAine, you are a great inspiration, I love your work, I have drawn this art work of you" NOT A WORD, but he grabbed it, signed it and gave it back to me... LOL,,, the security were furious... they said I was very cheeky but I did nothing to suggest for him to sign it,,, he did that of his own acord and im happy he did. I ADORE THE INSCRIPTIONS and it shows that Michael did appreciatte it at least.
Howver many were disapointed with the extreme lack of interaction from Mr. Caine, not even a Hello did seem a bit rude. Anyway, on the way out we waited out back of the store, about 10 of us, Michael came out and told us bluntly , IVE JUST SIGNED 400 BOOKS, IM NOT SIGNING ANYTHING ELSE, and he didnt. However the stupid secrity lost his car and he spect a good 5-10 minutes alking up and down the street looking for it providing people with the best photo ops you were going to get as he wasnt posing. Not a bad photo with, this is pretty much he looked throughout the signing, grumpy, uhappy, clearly didnt want to be there.
Anyway there has been ongoing discusion about the authenticity of him TTM successes, i hope these IP's examples may help;
