Rick Riordan Success! (Percy Jackson)

On Saturday September 25, 2010 Rick Riordan was doing a life story lecture/book signing at a local collage of mine. It was a ticketed event that you had to pay $15 for and I was lucky enough to get a ticket on the day of the event!!! The life story lecture he gave us was about his life before he was an author, what inspired him to become an author and a bunch of other interesting things about his life! He even read a few pages from his new book coming out on October 12, 2010 called "The Lost Hero"!! He was the sweetest person ever!! The lecture was an amazing way to get to know my favorite author better!! He signed my book and dedicated it to me, also signed my ticket!!

This would have to had been the greatest day of my whole life!! He is my most favorite author!! If you have any questions about the event just ask!!
