Martin Shaw and Jenny Seagrove Success

Saw The Country Girl at the Apollo Theatre in Shaftesbury Avenue last night. Jenny Seagrove signed my programme/photo and posed for pics - very friendly. As most UK collectors will know, Martin Shaw avoids stage door situations and is a rare signer IP. However, a member of the theatre staff collected programmes/auto books to take to Martin in his dressing room for him to sign and brought them back a couple of minutes later. Not an authentic IP success maybe - but the best I could hope for.

yah, i went there myself today.. exactly the same thing happened, i have heard many negative things about Martin and gave it a go. He signed my programme but i was told by the stage door man he would not signed my Professionals DVD.

Considering he doesnt give us a choice, it is effectively an IP success
