Carrie Underwood made an appearance in Brisbane's Queen Street Mall today to sing then sign, really nice girl & so pretty! Had a great time!

Congrats! She is so amazing! I am SO jealous of you. Do you know if she is coming to Adelaide? Also, is she performing any concerts where fanmail can be sent? I want her autograph so much!

Jaffer this was just a promo tour, they said she goes back to the USA tomorrow. This was the only public appearance/signng she did while she was here. Was surprised as they usually do them in Melb/Syd so it was cool to get one in Bris for a change!!

She did talk about coming back soon for a tour, I only found about the appearance yesterday when a friend heard about it on the radio and called to tell me. It was not well promoted - glad we went!

I know ey, I was trying to find an itinerary of what she was doing here, her official website was useless haha.

Her team are incredibly rude. Dont waste your stamps, James. She never signs vv. I didn't know this when I sent to her last summer, and my letter was RTSed with a big sticker saying 'REFUSED' on it. This was at a venue that always forwards my mail, too.

AWESOME SUCCESS! Carrie Underwood is my favorite musician!! I was lucky enough to get her ttm when she first stated off American idol but I would love to meet her. Those are some terrific photos you guys got with her. ;) I had heard rumors that she was rude IP (which I doubted) but this proves those aren't true but probably her team. lol Congrats!

Carrie is not rude, if anything she seems a little shy. SHe does not have a big bubbly personality like some of the other people I have met like Natalie Bassignthwaighte, Guy Sebastian & James Marsters. She loved I had a little gift bag for her & started to go through it & look at everything & had a really sweet chat with me when I told her a few personal issues I was dealing with & how her music helps. Very sweet girl & when my husband met her staight after he said the exact same thing that she had a shy quality.

As I said in the post the woman from Sony that was with her was AWFUL, loud, rude & bossy & actually yelled at Carrie when she gave me a hug to thank me for the gift.

You know what, I heard that too. The classic ''fame got to her head'' story. Whenever I hear bad stories about Carrie Underwood, Rihanna etc I often wonder if they seem rude due to the nature of dealers/hardcore collectors (the ones who wait at hotels etc) telling the story. For example, there is a Canadian dealer on here who I have heard complaining that a celeb ''only'' signed one-per-person. I like to think there are two sides to the story here, and this seems to prove how nice Carrie is
