Tony Phillips (A's, Tigers, Angels) IP Success

On 7-20-11, I attended the Yuma Scorpions vs. Lake County Fielders game at Desert Sun Stadium in Yuma, AZ. Tony Phillips is currently the 3rd baseman for the Scorpions. Prior to the game, I was able to get the former big leauger to sign my baseball card.
