I saw David as Captain Hook in the Peter Pan pantomine at Bristol on 17th December and met him at the stage door afterwards where he was kind enough to sign my programme (see link below).
He also posed for a picture with me, but the camera stopped working, but I did manage to get some pictures of him (see scond & third link below).
