Thats a great idea though there are some on here who think., thats proprietory information.
And sharing it would bring Lookie Lous and dealers or some other BS
personally I think there should be a place that says every IP success so anyone be it tourists, locals, young, old whatever can know where to meet the stars.

If everybody knew where to meet the star, the crowd would be so large the star wouldn't stop, and NOBODY would meet the star.

If you want a place everybody knows about that stars can be seen, try the movie theater. With the crowds your way of thinking would bring, all you would do is see them walk past like you were watching a movie.
