Great night at the Olivier Awards (the Tony awards of uk). I was invited and had the chance of getting some autographs. There were many celebrities present, but since i was invited i was embarassed to go and ask them while walking with them at the red carpet. However inside the Royal Opera House i asked Brian May (Queen) and James McAvoy to sign on the booklet that my ticket was in. After the afterparty i also got autographs from Tom Hiddleston, Damien Lewis, Hugh Bonneville, Alan Leech (Dowton Abbey) and the night's Best Actor (Play) and Best Supporting Actress (Musical) winners Luke Treadaway and Leigh Zimmerman. Other celebrities that were around: Daniel Radcliffe, Helen Mirren, Kim Katrall, Kristin Scott Thomas (i already had their autographs so i chose to leave them alone), Matthew Morrison (who listened to his agents' "command" not to sign anything after the party), Idina Menzel (it was a "Sophie's Choice" situation since she exited the ballroom with Hiddleston and then split directions and i chose to go after Tom), Helen McCrory, Petula Clark, Elaine Page, Adrien Lester and Imelda Stauton who i helped get a taxi after the party.
