Dan Carter(Rugby star New Zealand & Crusaders)

Unread post by lizane »

Hey!!

About 3 weeks ago (5 May 2006) I went to the Super 14 rugby match between South Africa's Bulls and New Zealands Crusaders. I were very excited to meet Daniel Carter so I made my own little autograph card! After the match I waited in the ice cold over an hour and a half to meet Rugby star (2005 Rugby Player of the Year) Daniel Carter but was very, very dissapointed in him! :cry: First of all, about 30 people (that's not much compared to other matches I've been to) waited just for Carter to get his autograph. Secondly, when the players finally came out, Daniel was the LAST one to come out from the dressing room. Everyone screamed and held out their pens for Daniel to sign. I held out my pen and my card in front of him but I just felt my hand hit his chest and he was passed me! Then I pushed through all the people to run after him but then he was in the team bus! :cry: :x Daniel didn't sign for ANYONE!

I'm deeply dissapointed after all the trouble I've had just to meet him! And I almost went to a printing shop to print out a card I made on my computer!! Thank goodness I didn't do that for someone who clearly thinks he's too good fro his fans!! {down}

P.S. Sorry, I did take pics of Dan but they didn't come out very good!

I know how you feel. Some celebrities have just had fans pressing all over them all their lives so not autographing your picture is like just losing a pea off your plate to them; there's always tonnes more. When we were doing rowing lessons at Lake Karapiro a while ago I met the Everswindale twins, and they weren't at ALL what I expected!
