Phil Mickelson GOLF SUPERSTAR

A couple of weeks ago I headed through to the Scottish Open at Gullane, hoping to meet some of the big names who were in the country to prepare for the Open the following week.
With World No1 Rory McIlroy pulling out due to that footballing injury, focus switched to the other Ryder Cup stars who were in town, including players from both sides.
The main target, as always was Phil Mickelson, a favourite of many on the tour and a wonderfully nice guy. He always signs, as long as you wait until he has finished his round, and I managed to get an awesome signature on one of my Children with Cancer UK vests, along with some awesome banter as he signed. He wasn't doing photos with people as it was so busy, but I waited a few hours and managed to get him when he finished his sponsors events.
Others on the day to sign balls and other items included the other three Americans in the field... Rickie Fowler, Matt Kuchar and Jimmy Walker as well as loads in the winning European Ryder Cup team from last year....Dubuisson, McGinley, Donaldson, Rose, Bjorn, Harrington and more.
