Cate Blanchett! (Elizabeth: The Golden Age, BABEL)

So I went to the premiere of "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" and I was lucky enough to get an extra ticket into the premiere...A guy was passing them out to people who came early...Anyway, as I was walking on the red carpet, I heard a huge roar of screaming fans so I turned around and realized Cate Blanchett was behind me...So I snapped this picture:



Then I decided to walk slower so she could catch up to me...anyway when she got closer, I asked her security guard if I could please take a picture with her and the security said "NO! We are in a hurry!!!" They were really mean about it...To my surprise Cate over heard the security saying no to me and she said "of course I'll take a picture with you!"

So that's how I got this picture:



Gosh, I'm so glad she overheard the security saying no to me...She's was soooooooooo nice to have agreed to take the pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
