We went rather early on the day and had decided that we should eat on a restaurant not far from the trainstation. I had printed out a map so we should find this place but when we got there we discover that it was very few names on the street on it and we walk on the wrong street from the beginning so we just walk around and hope that we should find a streetname that we could find on the map. After a while we found a library that should be really close to the resturant. And when we look for the resturant we passed by some persons that standing outside a building. And when we walk by them I saw that one of them was holding a picture of one of the members from Take That. So I said to my friend that we probably found the hotel they were staying at. About two second later we both saw the resturant and went there and have dinner after that we went back to the hotel just to see if there still was people outside there and it was. So we decided that we also should standing there for a while and we decided to stand on the opposit side than the crowd. And then two cars pull upp besides us and were left with the motors still running. After a while a securitygaurd came out and told us outside that we should stand on that side that me and my friend wasn´t standing so my friend started to walk over there then he said saw us and said that we could stand on that side so we staid there and some girls that stood on the stairs went down and stood with us and a few minutes later Gary Barlow walked out and I couldn´t believe my eyes and he said se you tonight and went directly in to the car (and the door was about 50 cm away from me) and then I notice that after him came first Howard Donald and then Mark Owen. And then I really thought I was dreaming because back in the days I had a HUUUUGE crush on both of them
And the girl that stood next to me ask them for a autograph so they stopped there so I got really great pictures of them. And I haven´t a thought about my indexcards and pen in my pocket. And they jump into the car and drove away. And me and my friend wonder were Jason Orange was. But really happy and with a very unreal feeling we left and took the metro to the venue. And after nearly one hours waiting outside in the snow they opend the doors and everybody went inside and we got really great places and thought that this concert was going to be a nice extra thing after what we experience outside their hotel. And as a support act it was Jamie Scott & The Town. And after that Take That made a really great concert that also felt very unreal since that was something that I thought I never would experience.
During all the waiting we had decided that we should get back outside the hotel and now try to get theire autographs. And when we get there we saw some of the persons that also was there before (they probably didn´t went to the concert and stood there the whole time) so we went to stand with them. And some moore people got there and as most we were 21 persons there. After maybe an hour a huge bus arrived with all theirs dancers and musicians and we were told that they went in on the other side of the hotel and if they were nice they should come out to us. And time went on and after a while some of the persons walked away and we saw someone standing there and signing things so we went there and discover that it was Jamie Scott so me and my friend went there and I handed over a indexcard to him and he looked at me for a few seconds and ask med what my name was and I told him Anna. And then he ask me how that was spelled because he was really bad at that. So I helped him. And them my friend hand over her indexcard and said her name was Hannah (he must thought that they don´t have any fantasy with names in Denmark haha) and help him with spelling that and happy that we got one autograph this night we went back to the other outside the hotel I think we now were about 11 left.
After nearly three hours waiting outside they let one girl inside the reason why i don´t know. but she didn´t get to met Take That but she talking with one of there securityguards and he said that it was no chance at all that they should get outside. So when se came out and said that nearly everybody left but we were six persons that didn´t do that. So one of the girls ask the securitygaurd, that also was standing outside and watch us so we were standing at the right place, what was happening. And he said that he didn´t thought that anything would happend because it was to cold.
We had been standing there for over three hours so we know it was really, really cold. So then me and my friend went back to the trainstation and sat there for really long time until our train came.
Afterall it was a great night my photos of Howard and Mark was worth all of it. But it is a bit sad that I didn´t got there autographs because that is one of my most wanted. I have sent them to letters to venues that pass on fanmail in germany so I really hope that they would send them back. I think I would try at least one moore venue now when they went back to the UK even if I don´t have a clue if the signs VV or TTM (which I tried sometime in March I think) at all. But I hope they are =)
I am really, really tired right now so I hope you understand what I was trying to describe =)
