ITS PANTO SEASON - CANTERBURY MARLOWE ALADDIN STAR CAST SUCC

For all us guys in the UK at least its panto season and I find it proberly the best places to abtain great in person autographs.

I live in Canterbury in England. We have the largest theatre in Kent, The Marlowe Theatre and there pantos are the best I have ever seen running from December 1st right through to near the end of January. Whatsmore they never let you down with the cast. Each year it always stars Herne funnyman Dave Lee, not many of you would have heard of him but he is hillarious.
This year also starred Shaun Williamson (Barry from Eastenders and Extras) and Steven Mulhern from CITV.

I saw the very first show and afterwards I waited at The Stage Door for the cast. After 10 minutes some guy said they would be coming out but had to rush off to a Christmas light switch on so wouldnt be able to sign any autographs, what did he know!

They all came out 5 minutes after with all except one other autograph hunter left and although they were in a bit of a rush both they did sign. I already have Daves autograph from a previous year so I focused on Steven who came out first. I said can I have a quick autograph, aand said sure as long it was quick, he signed my programme while walking and asked if I like dthe show.

I then hurried back to the stage door where Shaun was signing an autograph and I asked him for one and he signed my programme. I wasnt sure what he would be like but boy, he is the nicest person who could ever meet, he took a great interest in his fans and took his time signing. We had a little chat, i told him I thought he was a great actor and I was a big fan and he thanked me and said it meant a lot and I shook his hand, I cant believe it, what a guy!!!!!!!

The only person I REALLY REALLY wanted was Shauns autograph and I did it, I have the programme and will try again to get the rest of the cast to sign it and maybe get another from Shaun, YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

I've met both Shaun & Stephen at my local panto in Bromley before, and found both lovely. Shaun signed a flyer & index card, and Stephen my programme, and both posed for photos. Shaun was in 2005, and Stephen was 2006. {thumb2}
