Went to London , for a Doctor Who convention , on Sat. 1 March .
At the Con , I met a bunch of people connected to Doctor Who and Torchwood , most notably Paul McGann , Sylvia Syms , Jean Marsh . Also there was Tom Baker , the lovely and gorgeous Sheridan Smith ( best known for Two Pints Of Lager ... ) , and a variety of New DW guests .
After the convention , I did a couple of Stage Doors ( well , it would be rude not to ) , the Old Vic where I managed to meet the wonderful Jeff Goldblum and Kevin Spacey , and the Young Vic , where I met Corey Johnson ( Hellboy and Doctor Who ) , Matthew Marsh ( Bad Company and Harry Potter 5 ) , and Sean Chapman ( Frank Cotton in the Hellraiser films ) .
Very successful weekend all in all {thumb2}
Photos may be up soon .

I intend to see Speed the Plow at the Old Vic in the next week or two and hopefully get Kevin's, Jeff's and Laura's autographs afterwards.
From talking to other people who have also met them , Jeff seems to sign anything , photos , DVD covers etc , but Kevin won't sign anything other than Theatre programmes or auto books .

That's awesome. I'm very happy for your success, and that's great thinking about the stage doors. Now I'm going to remember to try that whenever I fly out to big cities.
There's nothing like seeing your own handwriting on a letter addressed to yourself in your mailbox
I'm going to London in a few weeks, and hope to get Kevin Spacey's autograph. Did you go to the stage door before or after the play? Were they happy to sign? I'd hate to go, and miss getting their autographs!
Went after the show ( which finishes about 9pm ) . Jeff is first to the little window , signs pretty much anything . Then Kevin gets in there , won't sign DVD covers , don't think he'll sign photos , will sign programmes and signed my autograph book . Seems to be a ritual , but Jeff finishes at the end of this month , Kevin is coming back in a different play after that , so get in soon . {thumb2}

Isn't Jerff going to the end of the run on 26th April?
