On Saturday 22nd March I managed to see 'Speed The Plow' at the Old Vic because someone cancelled. It was a great show and afterwards I got 3 Kevin Spacey autographs.

He signed an autograph book page, my programme AND my photo with him and myself for me. He does not usually sign photos or sleeves so this is a great success for me and something very unique.

A bit annoyed that the 'K' of his signature on the programme isnt very clear.

I thought he'd sign the photo, as it's nothing that can be sold. Well done, I have got to try to get him and get my theatre magazine for the play signed. It's got alot of pictures for different plays and Charlie Cox and Richard Coyle have signed it.

Good luck. I may try him once more in a few weeks - i dont want him to think i am obsessive but I thought I would make the most of the great opportunity. Despite me getting a few ip successes from him I still hope that I will get my photo or one of his own photos back from him signed someday. I know he is hard to get TTM but there have been some TTM successes reported from him on this site so I live in hope.

I believe the reason he doesnt sign photos or sleeves is because some people will sell them. If so it's a shame a few people ruin it for the rest of us. On Saturday he even refused to sign the persons photo in front of me allthough he wanted it personalised. Not suprising considering I have seen a few dedicated Kevin Spacey photos for sale on ebay. Im sure he is aware of this and thats why he didnt sign the guys photo.

There's a big market for signed photos, thats why many people don't sign them IP, Ewan McGregor is another one who srpings to mind whilst at theatre recently.
