Did I offend Barbara Walters??

I've been kicking myself over this....would anyone here please let me know if I really made a boob of myself??
The other night, I met Barbara Walters. She was doing a book signing and as I came up to her I said "Hi Barbara ....you're looking very well....so good to see you here!" I realized as I was saying it that it was a little odd to say. Instead...I meant to say "You're looking wonderful...lovely...nice tonight..." something like that. The phrase "looking well" is mostly used for someone who's ill or sick, no? I hoped she didn't think that but I watched the video of my meeting her and I think I can hear her say something like "You say that as if I"m sickly." or something like that. She defintely said "sickly."
I saw this a couple hours ago and felt terrible. And practically ruined my fond memory from that evening. Was my using the phrase "looking very well" used badly here?? Check the video to find out......
