I met Alan Carr from the 'Friday Night Project' today outside the Radio 2 studios. Alan very kindly signed a page of my autograph book and an index card for a friend.

Will get a scan up ASAP.

I also got Raef Bjayou, who starred on this years series of 'The Apprentice' He signed another page of my autograph book.
