After some research, I believe he is located in or around Fairy Spring, NSW which is in Sydney, Australia.
So if any of the people anyone is trading with has an address in that area or in Santa Monica (he claims to be from there, doubtful - but who knows) beware. I will see if I can get in touch with the postal service near his area for postal fraud, I'm sure his parents can and will eventually be fined hundreds of dollars. He claims illegal drinking on his FB page as well. What great parenting!

If necessary, I will write my cousin to have her call. I was living in Australia last year and unfortunately, it's a bundle to call from where I am living now but she could do it for me and I could write her a list of things to ask/say about this person. I'm honestly sure his parents need to be fined at least.

I'm I the only person that saw that he posted on Steve-O's site??? Someone even post this site's name and says he's on here and that Steve-O should check it out. Leonel Flor Costa is the name his post is under. I also think his IP should be banned as well as his mail service be called and told about this.
