I find it difficult to take the opinions of anyone seriously when their past contributions have included "just because my location says x doesn't mean I am from x, if you're stupid enough to believe that that's your problem" and taking up forum bandwith by posting pointless gifs all over posts in a way you think is clever.

Forums are open access, and if people are stupid enough to deal with scammers that's their call. What is without doubt is posting a list can be construed as libel, and can lead to prosecution and the forum being shut down.

You also have NO right to tell other members what they can and cannot do, or to imply that posters under 100 (or 200) posts have no right to sell/trade. Strip down your posts to ones which are actually constructive, and you'll be lucky to be in double figures!

I'm off to find a way to ensure I never have to read your pointless posts again.

I'm sorry to say, but I agree with dancingirl1. This way, before you buy anything, you can look at this post, see if the person your buying from in on the list, then decide if your going to buy or not.
It may cause trouble, but your telling me scamming people isn't?

But that is the RULE in that forum. And my posts are the truth. If people don't wanna see honest things then the Forms are what they should be in. I am fine with honesty. And I am giving them advice. People here can't B I T C H about getting scammed when THEY are the ones who traded or bought from someone that they can't trust and has 14 posts. LOL! So to AVOID scammers in the future they shouldn't trade with people who have less than 100 posts. 100%.

I don't think you have anything to apologise for. There are ways and means to do things, and this is clearly not it. Doesn't mean scammers are right, but also doesn't mean that one poster has the right to make posts/comments like that. It's very much open to abuse.

I mean did you know UserX conned me the other week. I paid x + y for Special Delivery and they didn't send it. Must be a scammer eh? Forums are open, you need to engage your brain a bit and think things through. Don't trade with users you don't know, don't buy from any one YOU are not comfortable with. There are no forum rules in place to deal with this, that is Admin's call, but it's not up to one know it all poster to make the rules up and make accusations.

If this is true, I'm sorry to hear about that. It is a s*cky feeling.I was scammed too before, but I was scammed by someone who provided receipt proof and all kinds of proof. LOL! They were smart about it. smh.
