i'd like to trade them:) i have autographs from bill cosby anna belkamp william petersen and i am wondering if you can use them even if you;re from another country,i mean if i am from italy and i got american IRC's can i use them as well?

I think you should be able to us the irc. Because I can send it anywhere in the world in exchange for stamps, so i think you can also you use it.
