Obtained in-person outside the Wyndham's Theatre before the Matinee of 'Hamlet' on Sunday 10th August 2009. It is signed in silver sharpie on a standard size flyer

In person he's a great signer, TTM he's a bit adder to get. I went out of my way to go to central London and wait around for him, so I have charged slightly more for that reason, and the or ice also includes postage and packaging to anywhere.

I agree. It's a bit steep for such a good signer and it is only a signed flyer. If it was a nice 8x10 or something you'd get more for it.
