well in 2010 sending a 8x10 photo is still $1.20 LOL in the USA that is

No it's not! If you go on usps.com please calculate the cost of sending internationally to AU( Australia) at 8x10 photo with thick piece of cardboard is 2.92 not including tax!!!!!! Most people think that you can just stick the photo in the envelope and send it off......... needless to say the mail man will bend it!!!!!!!
I payed exactly 3.50 at the post office because I stuck stamps in ect... I am not here to over charge people!
