WARNING: Known Scammers & Users To Avoid (With proof!)

Admin is not going to do anything about this...Hope all of you know that he couldnt care less about this site. Mods cant do anything but float around commenting like any other users..there no different whats soever. So the best thing is to buy from someone you know for a while on here and not some random guy who is selling an autograph.

Will you stop slagging off the Admin and just so you know, us mods can do a lot lot more than just float around.

So you can't really comment on what we can do because if your not a mod then how do you know what we can and can't do?

Because there is no change at all to this site. Look at the mod list and you tell me how many are active and done anything besides lock topics and bann users that come back. I been on this site way longer then you so i know a bit about the admin. 3-4 years he dosent do anything nor does he take control of this site. Dosent look like anybody banns the IP address. Is Zimmy banned? I bet not.. Looks like he scammed a handful of people. Its not a accident. He knew this site would be a easy target to pull because if he scammed someone nothing would happen to him. Am i wrong? Im stating facts.If your offended, im sorry but locking a topic and saying congrats on each posts ..anyone can do that. This site is going downhill faster then ever if there is the same control as there is now. If any of you want this site to last. The rules have to be more strict, if they cant follow the rules then they get a message/warning. They do it again expire there account for a month, third time bann them. Not very hard.

I myself was not trying to be rude. Well after years of seeing the same exact thing im a bit annoyed.. If you see at some of the comments on here you can see the admin is not a favorite around here. Admin dosent help any..he is a robot honestly. That is just the truth..he dosent reply to messages to anyone about problems they are having..thats the truth.. He throws away topics in the trash if some fact is left out..thats the truth. Not trying to be rude as it is a fact and i believe most agree that the admin should help this site alot more but it dosent look like that ever going to happen. Alot of people/users help with addresses as do i. Congrats on every feedback is there is kind of annoying when im seeing the newsfeed looking for new topics. I believe thats one of the "Rules" of being a mod is "saying congrats is nice but try not to say it on every topic" something like that... Thats all. I myself wasnt directing towards you but only to the whole team on here. I believe most of the mods are just regular users with the screename in a different color. How i look at it. Been here since 2007/08 i seen alot on here and its safe to say that scammers and just idioitc people are floating around here with no rules. I believe the posts are decreasing..topics.

Right i am going to stop now because i don't want to get in a argument with you, arguments can develop quite quickly on here and i don't want to get in to one with you
But just to let you know the Admin does respond to PM's he has responded to me via a pm a few times.
Also i don't comment on every topic i just do on the ones i think are cool and that i like, which i think there is nothing wrong with that
Anyway i do agree with some of what your saying but i think you should be a bit more respectful to the Admin, he does run this site.

Sam, I don't think either you or Usher was being rude, but he has a point. The admin is incompetent, there's no way to deny that. Spamming and scamming has run rampant here, and he's done nothing to prevent it. The server is crappy and hangs up regularly, and to make things worse, we're running on extremely outdated versions of phpBB and MySQL. The site's data is also not properly maintained. Both these facts became very evident during the recent crash. The moderation team is a joke - many of them are either no longer active here or seem to have no clue as to what they're doing, and the admin hasn't fixed this by deactivating problem moderators and promoting capable people to the position. Other than the automaton "Congrats, you've been added to the $10 gift certificate contest" posts, he just seems to be ignoring the forum.

I will admit this site has its issues and alot of things could be better but i am kind of tired of how everyone attacks admin for this and that and not doing this or that because this is a free website and you are not paying to use it or be a member and whoever admin is is not getting paid to do this so i think people should stop complaining and blaming everything on admin because this is a free website and you choose to come here and most of you i notice come back so if you want perfection join one of the pay websites and then you have the right to complain.We live in a society now where everyone feels entitled to everything when they did nothing to deserve it.THIS SITE IS FREE SO STOP COMPLAINING YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN.This thread isnt about admin its about "Zimmy"

I myself have heard and seen both Good and Bad Transactions from him. If it was me personally, I wouldn't chance it and try trading with him.

What I did find out through research is that he sells autographs he gets ttm on Ebay. Hes gotten a Daniel 4x6 from his play and sold it on Ebay and he was one of the lucky few who got a cast signed playbill from the stage manager of Daniels Play, and he also sold that on ebay and got 50 bucks for it.

I still feel that this site is amazing, I just feel that some of the people on here are scum. Maybe the Mod or Admin can do more about the scammers but maybe they really cant. mod or admin dont have a red flag when a potential scammer goes on. All Im saying is maybe they are trying and its still not working.

I also feel that this topic should be locked now. People said what they had to say about this, it seems like everyone is just repeating them selfs.

Let's not forget everything this site has done for us. It got me some of my favorite autographs like Celine Dion, Hilary Duff, Zac Efron and so on!
