The newest item I'm adding has to have it's own little section, cause it's pretty important. Here's the story behind it, and why I'm selling it...
I actually collect guitars, I play them, but I collect them too. I have around 40 of them believe it or not haha. I got into guitar when I was younger and ever since then I've just either bought them or they've been given to me as gifts. Well, I'm moving from my house to an apartment in less than a month and I really don't have room for 40 guitars so I'm having to sell around 20 of them so I have to pick and choose which I want to keep and which to get rid of (which is really hard! haha). I was just going to sell them all in a classified in my local newspaper, but I figured that since this particular one is autographed that I would see if anyone on here wanted it first before I put up a classified for it.
This particular guitar was given to me as a birthday present from my uncle. He picked it up for me from one of his friends who bought it at an auction of some sort. He knew I liked Jack Johnson and linked Jack to Ben Harper...sadly though I've never been much of a Ben Harper fan. His friend bought it for $300, but sold it to my uncle for $150 and I'm looking to sell it for $100-$125, but I would be willing to part sale part trade or something of the sort, whatever combination. I just know that it's one I have to get rid of and I'd rather it go somewhere where it'll be taken care of rather than somewhere where it will be trashed even if that means I don't get what I'm looking for, for it. You know what I mean? The guitar itself is smaller and it's Best Harmony, so it's not the greatest guitar but still playable if you want to play it. So mostly the price is to cover shipping costs and for the autograph itself. I hate having to part with some of my guitars, but I hope whoever gets this one will give it a good home
It's being stored in my basement along with most of my other guitars, so if anyone is interested post here and I'll go down and dig it out and take a picture of it, otherwise I don't want to have to go down there until I pull them all out...it's creepy haha
