I bought this around 2 years ago from someone who got them in person. They were from somewhere in California and they got it in person in 2003 in Los Angeles at the "KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas" concert. It's basically a signed pamphlet. I really don't know how else to describe it. The picture is a bit dark, but if you see it in person, it's a lot more shinier. The condition is great, don't mind the weird markings all around the page, it's just for design effects.
