For sale is Good Charlotte's "Good Morning Revival" CD signed by Benji & Joel Madden, personally obtained on September 16, 2007 in Pasadena, CA.
FOR UNITED STATES BUYERS: I am currently only accepting Cash (just make sure you conceal it well), or PAYPAL.
If paying with CASH: Price is $40 which includes shipping cost.
If paying via Paypal: Price is $42.50 which already includes Paypal fees and shipping cost.
FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I can only accept payments through Paypal. Price will be $45 which already includes Paypal fees and shipping cost.
