Quick list of Scammers and shady users who you should NOT trade with and avoid:

~Zimmy
~Efron (Same person as zimmy)
~Leonel9
~autographworld (Same person as Leonel. NOT to be confused with the website autographworld.com. The site and user are unrelated)
~holyfield/MOONLIGHT - According to a mod, both accounts were from the same IP address so they aer the same person. Not a scammer, but a hot head who doesn't know how to comprehend english, and will lie and insult you at any chance he gets.
~joe316 - Again, not a scammer but another hot head who jumps at the oppertunity to insult you

Anyways, wow I am MAD! This was the first, and will be my only time, buying an autograph from someone off this site. Zimmy was selling a signed Emma Watson trading card for $30 then later agreed to sell it for only $25 because i would pay via paypal. I paid him on Sunday, sept 18th and he said he would ship it the next day. 6 days later (saturday sept 24th) i messaged him again, saying I had not recieved it. He reassured me it would arrive by tuesday or wednesday of the following week at the latest. Tuesday and wednesday passed, and no card. So decided to give it a few more days but it never came. So yesterday, Monday Oct 3rd, I opened a case against him on Paypal. I told him to either send it, or refund it. His response was unbelievable:

"Shipped item a few weeks ago to address listed. Said I shipped and he said that he scammed me and all he had to do was get a paypal claim and keep my card and get his money back. Told me he didn't need a tracking #. Probably part of the scam. Like I said the reason I don't have a tracking is because he specifically told me not to get one when I was going to ship it so I could "save money" talk about a scam."

Never did the seller once say anything about offering me a tracking # and obviously i NEVER said I scammed him (other way around).... This guy is complete low life greedy scum. I was really hoping it had just been lost in the mail, until I read his response on paypal and now it's clear is just a scammer. I, of course, took multiple screenshots of our whole 2+ week conversation, and have forwarded them all along to paypal, along with links to this post so Palpal can see how many people he scammed.

So if anyone here is considering making a deal with Zimmy, BE WARNED, he is a scammer.

Also be warned, "Efron" is also a scammer and believed to be Zimmy's secondary/ his sisters account. He uses the same fake excuses as Zimmy did. Even if Efron is not zimmy (which we assume they are indeed the same person), stay away as they are both very shady.

THIS GOES OUT TO ANYBODY WHO GETS ANY SORT OF BLACKMAIL FROM ZIMMY/EFRON: Through hours of research and talking to MANY people, I've gotten more personal information then you can imagine on this guy. If he tries blackmailing you, come talk to me. I'll be happy to share his info with you. If he threatens to give away all your info, then by all means, you can now threaten to give away all his

Another user who has been constantly been popping up in the middle of scams is "leonel9". Unlike Zimmy though, leonel is an immature little moron. He/she is only 14 years old and lives in australia. Leonel has been known to offer trades with people, but takes the other persons item or money without sending back their end of the trade. Leonel has been caught in the act multiple times, but will deny it to her death. She only will insult you, and say incredibly immature and stupid things, and make threats. DO NOT MAKE ANY TRADES WITH THIS LIAR!

About a week and a half passed by and I told him I had not received it.
He said it would be here by last week.
Nothing.
And I traded with him before, but a long while ago, and I received my item quickly with that trade!
But now I didn't... but I trusted him because of the last trade....
Now I am sad

Wow.. I'm honestly at a loss for words. I had checked through this guy's posts from months ago and saw he had tried selling other items, and that people had paid and recieved them, so I too trusted him. What a mistake. Charlie, if you paid on paypal be sure to open a case against him. If multiple people open cases on him for the exact same thing, I think (hope) paypal will realize this guys a scammer.

I've also heard numerous stories about Zimmy. How he has "scammed" people or how he didn't refund them. I was supposed to be buying Katy Perry, Jack Black and Rascal Flatts autographs from him but after sending the payment, the Katy Perry autograph had mysteriously vanished and he coldn't find it. Atleast he refunded me though!

Dang i wish i had heard some of these stories about him BEFORE i purchased. I'm hoping though that paypal will force a refund from him. For me though, it's not even about the money, but the fact that he scammed it and then tried blaming ME for everything. I hope Admin doesn't lock this, people need to know about this guy

Anyways, this forum makes it really easy for scammers. Compared to the typical forum, this one has no herald in the form of a proper feedback system, and it has no shortage of untrustworthy people either. But if you're going to use Paypal, you may as well let them to protect you. Demand Delivery Confirmation from the seller so both you and Paypal know the package has been sent to the correct address, even if the seller doesn't offer it. Heck, it's free anyways, no reason not to use it.

I purchased from him earlier this year and had no problems. but then he accused me just recently of giving his customer 'Bad Vibes' when I questioned him on why he was using a stock photo to try and sell his Natalie Portman signed poster instead of using a photo of the actual poster and he claimed he did not have a scanner. and my friend purchased that poster and was given a similar excuse and has yet to recieve it.

Just to clarify, Delivery confirmation is not Free. their is a charge for it. for regular packages it costs an additional .80 cents and for Priority it's only .70 cents. only bad thing is it can't be used on any overseas packages or Canada as it works by USA zip codes only. you can get delivery confirmation for overseas, but you have to print special forms off from the USPS to do that.
