Big Time Rush 'BTR' & 'Elevate' CD Signed IP

I got the BTR booklet outside of Today Show when they performed for their first time. They were handing out signed booklets. I also went to their CD signing later in Bet Buy, NYC. I'm selling the one I got outside today show since the signing one has more memories for me 
Also selling a signed Elevate CD which I got from their CD signing in West Nyack, NY at the Palisades Mall. They signed the back of the CD booklet for some reason.
