Autographed football card

My friend recently acquired a 2006 Peyton Manning football card, I believe it's 2006 Topps # 288 Peyton Manning - Indianapolis Colts - NFL Football Cards. It's autographed with an ink pain. You can see the indentation from the signature. Is this an item that collectors would desire?
