Needed US stamps!

I'm very new to Autograph collecting, and need some US stamps for my SASE!

I don't really know what type of stamps are best as my knowledge on the American postal service is lacking!
perhaps I could have some advice on the best type of stamps to purchase - I'm sending thin a5 envelopes with haven't calculated the weight of the envelopes yet!

Have nothing I'm willing to trade at the moment, I'm afraid!

What are the dimensions of your envelope in mm or inches, please? Just PM me.
