Speaking from a personal point of view Lewis, it might be wise to prove that you've resolved your previous stamp related issues before making new arrangements? Always good to keep your reputation intact.

Hiya,

I attempted to help the situation, I wasn't prepared to spend over £10. in which money I didn't receive, I'm an honest kind person, but when people attempt to take advantage of my situation and attempt to bad mouth me or con me, it's not on and I won't accept that.

Thanks for helping though

As Ever.

That's why I said you should show it's been resolved, whichever way. My advice.. NEVER send anything with any value without tracking, or at least proof of postage. The comments to date on the other thread, including yours, were ambiguous, meaning no one actually knows what happened in the end. When selling items through non secure means like this you need to play things VERY safely. Even more so when you're fundraising for a charity. That's experience talking. No one has the right to be conned, and believe me I know it's happened to me a few times even through eBay, but there are certain things you can do try and maintain things and not risk looking bad. This is especially relevant when you are trying to charge someone 25% on top of prices for stamps.

PS... as for the tool posting on the other thread and being abusive, not worth responding to people like that.

Edit to add... if the person claims they sent funds to you... what method? Can THEY prove it was sent? Paypal is a great tool, even if it does take 5% fees.
