usa, france and italy free stamps needed

i know its a big ask but if anyone can possibly give me some free stamps for the usa, france or italy. I need them because i am collecting for charity but my budget won't cover the price needed for IRC'S, so any help would be appreciated so that i can post some more requests abroad and raise lots of money. Please if you can help pm me.
