Autograph Source in the UK/ Doctor Who and "related" shows

I just put up that I was looking for someone to correspond with me from the UK on maybe helping out with the autographing out there. While I do want other people, my main interested are to get help obtaining the people from Doctor Who/Torchwood/Sarah Jane Adventures and any other related shows. Can anybody help me?

What sort of help do you need ? I go to a few conventions and signing shows if that is any good ?
