He's an Olympic swimmer with several World Records. It would mean the WORLD to me if I could obtain an authentic autograph of his.
If anyone has Michael Phelps' autograph, please let me know!
I would be willing to pay up to $20.00 for it!

Why don't you just write to him via mail? It's not hard to obtain an authentic :/
