Stamps Needed

Hi every1,
I'm still looking for usa stamps. I can't buy IRC's in my country, so I can't send out any requests. So I really need usa stamps if I want to start my collection.
I can trade for Dutch stamps, but I don't think any1 really want's them, so how about I just pay for them??
