I am offering USA "Forever Stamps" that always retain their first class postage status regardless if rates go up. You can find the thread here: viewtopic.php?f=127&t=189342

Sorry I can't help with Canadian stamps. The border is about two hours away from my house and with gas prices being what they are, it wouldn't be worth it to make the trip.
