Hi, I haven't got a reply on the forum as of yet, but I'm staying undeterred.
I need someone to make my Glossy 8x10, (I'll pay you of course)
I know that people can make really quality glossy pictures from photography paper, that looks just like ones sent out by celebrity's!
I've heard you can make them from just a picture found on say, google images?
PM me and we'll talk prices.
Tar!

Hello Paul,
You can easily do this on your own. Just find the photo you want -make sure it's Hi-Res or atleast 8x10-. Go to a convenience store's website (i.e. cvs or walgreens) but make sure that they have a photo department. If so, on the website they will have a photo tab. upload your photo, process the order and make sure you put IN-STORE PICKUP.
*If you want, i can find a photo file that will be good quality for you.
Hopefully this helped, if not sorry

The only problem I find with that is often the issue of copywriting comes up.

Personally, I wouldn't go with Glossy unless your getting it signed in-person, Glossy has a higher rate of smearing once the marker is applied and put back in the envelope to quickly, specially with the Silver sharpie ones.
I use Matte photo paper for all my photos and have not had many come back that were smeared.

I haven't had any issues with that. Has it ever happened to you?

I had a copyright issue at Walgreens; they wouldn't release the photo to me unless I signed a copyright release form (which she couldn't find, so I ended up not getting the photos at all).
I would just go through Snapfish and do it online. I have never had a copyright problem with them, and they are always having sales and really cheap shipping.

I did the very first time I went to get my photos printed at wal-mart. But I just explained to them what I was doing with getting them signed and they loved the idea!

Now I don't have a problem with them at all.

one of the ladies even addresses me as a 'Hun' or 'Sweet cheeks' since I'm in there all the time getting photos.

I do the same as Ryan i go to Wal-Mart and have never had a issue with copyright!. The thing with glossy and that is the only way i go is the celeb/athlete etc. signing then rushing to put it in the return envelope and it gets smeared. I have never had a professional glossy photo come back smeared "Knock On Wood", but have had a few sports cards/trading cards come back smeared.
Doing the Wal-Mart way you save time, money for shipping etc.!!!.
