IRC WANTED for America

I want to send a picture to the Justin bieber website to be signed for my daughter but I can't buy any international reply coupons (IRC) from my country (ENGLAND) as they stopped producing them. Where can I purchase some from please?

Why not just buy some USA stamps i know quite a few stamp dealers on this site some of which are very trust worthy but IRC's are very expensive where i am in Australia one IRC costs $5.50 and you need 2 for return postage where as stamps only cost 98 cents.. and Justin Bieber if you can't get ahold of stamps or IRC's just send a SAE with no stamp. (Which might lower your chances of getting a success)

Thank you for your reply. My local post office do not sell Stamps from the USA so could you tell me where I can buy them please as I haven't a clue. I will give the IRC a miss I think giving the cost of them! Thanks again for your help :-)

Ebay could be an option buying usa stamps of there not sure if usps does international shipping but if you cant do it on ebay there is a dealer on this forum that is a trustworthy seller goodluck
