WANTED: UK £0.88 stamps!!!

Is there anyone from the UK here that sells £0.88 (and maybe £1.28 stamps) stamps besides the 1st class and 2nd class stamps?
They sell them on Royal Mail, but shipping is £2.15 to the USA and I figured shipping would be £0.88 if I bought from someone who lives there? Reply or PM me ASAP! I pay by PayPal.
