In desperate need of UK International stamps or IRC's-Please

Hello Everyone,
I have tried everything I know to get some International UK stamps![[uk]](./images/smilies/flag_uk.gif "UK")
or some IRC's so that I can send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope so I can request an autograph from Judi Dench in London for my elderly mother her in the USA for her 90th Birthday later this year. Judi is moms absolute fav actress and it would make her day. unfortunately the US no longer sells International Reply Coupons. I was thinking about just sending my photo to judi Dench with a $10 US Bill ![[us]](./images/smilies/flag_us.gif "USA")
in the envelope but I don't know if that would work. Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my mother 
I am willing to trade for US Stamps or buy. I do not need very many as I am only sending two large envelopes (8x10 photos) that weight about 3 oz / 85g
