George W. Bush success opinions welcome

I sent out a photo sometime in november got this back this week. He didn't sign my photo but sends his own. I don't think it authentic But it's still a cool success. He also sent a book plate witch I know is authentic because I got one before and it passed Psa. Used address in the database.
