Nice success. I sent a SASE through Domain Talent, too, but never got anything back. In fact, they're pretty terrible with forwarding fanmail (the stats on another website (S-T-A-R-T-I-G-E-R) prove it), but I have seen others get success with her through the email (this site has a history of former members getting Jane Lynch that way).
On a side note, yes, I think it is great that you are not giving the email address out due to it possibly being spammed. I recently sent a request to Benedict Cumberbatch through Star Trek 2, an address I research on my own, and got a RTS because the address was spammed. I say if people really want Jane Lynch's autograph, they can research the email address themselves.
Furthermore, I think your autograph is authentic. If you compare it to others who have got her through email success, you can tell she signs on slightly different areas on the photo and the signature is not a direct replica, so that eliminates the possibility of a pre-print or autopen.
Don't let the haters weigh down your awesome success, just because they don't have the will to go out and research the email address for themselves. Again, congrats.

The nature of the TTM is that no one will EVER know if its real. Just a bunch of collectors with various experiences that have various opinions that make a judgement....but it is a judgement ONLY. Enjoy the hobby for what its worth and if you want a 100% real one go get the autograph yourself and no one can ever question you.
