Because he didn't like it when people expected him to pay return postage for their autograph requests? You low life, worthless idiot. I hope you burn in hell for saying that.
No point in wishing an idiot will burn in a place that doesn't exist ;) And no need to be hurling abuse around, PMs are great thing.
As much as I care about your opinion, I'll say as I want.

Congrats to the OP.

I dislike mailmanfan's post, he was famous for being an actor not replying to fanmail. Even if he sometimes wrote negative things at least he went to the trouble of replying and not send out meaningless PP's or Secs.

Just pretty pointless chief, and trying to start an argument. About as pointless as the fact that everytime someone dies people post RIP on a Feedback forum, dredge out their old feedbacks to pass comment, or miraculously receive an autograph the day of the death.

This forum would be brilliant if it went back to what it once was, what it's meant to be, and what the name suggests.

That little thing called Fanmail and Autograph Collecting!

Yea people on here have become over-dramatic, and seriously need to stop putting each other down...I have seen so much negativity that I don't even want to come on here, because I just know someone is gonna be mean.

How can you say such a thing?! He was lovely in response to my letter that I sent him in January. He would write 'nasty' comments for those people who didn't include an SASE, Ask nicely, or add stamps, but none of it he meant. It's a typical response from him because of the typical characters he played. It was him playing along, and some people seeked his angry responses.
Richard Griffiths was a lovely person in person too from what I have heard from friends meeting him.
It's disgusting even thinking, let alone saying what you just said.
No one deserves to die young, and I just think thats really heartless what you said.
Favourite Success' : Matthew Lewis, Chris Rankin, J.K Rowling (authentic IP), J.K Rowling Handwritten Letter, Our Boys cast! and another Jo IP, Kenneth Branagh, BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH IP <3

Nice sentiments, but very wide of the mark in terms of IP, on multiple occasions to multiple people. Back at Heroes, he outdid Ken Stott in terms of grumpiness and that's pretty impressive.

He was kind enough to dedicate it to me, and wish me a Happy New Year.
