Robbie Coltrane - Success??

I sent Robbie a LOR, a SASE and 1 photo. Today I received the photo back unsigned and also received a pre-printed photograph and a letter explaining that Robbie is unable to personally sign photographs, due to the amount of fan mail he receives.
