Without a doubt, that is a secretary. Yvonne was in Australia at the time. If you follow her Twitter, she has been there for over a month or so, and only has recently returned back to the US. I sent a picture to Yvonne of she and I that I took in person, and it came back with a secretary signature. Sigh!

Exactly! I've recently created TT account and I saw her tt about Australia! When I sent my LOR I didn't know that sec signs her photos. I've noticed that a week later so I was prepered. I've just post this for others. Even if sec has no value for me it's still good as feedback.
