Letter sent out on June 2nd or 3rd from London, recieved July 12th signed and personalized with my name!

I sent an envelope, with my letter, SAE and 3 set of international stamps

I'm located in the US (though I sent the letters from London while on a trip there, to save postage)
And I recieved it at my home in the US.

Is there a minimum size for the picture I want him to sign because I sent mine a month ago and still have not heard anything back from them.

In all honesty, you will probably never hear back. I sent to him twice, over the course of 2 years, and still never received anything.
